Josh is a Senior Consultant at Newtrality. He spent ten years working in the public sector, primarily within London councils, before moving into consultancy in 2022. Josh brings a broad range of experience spanning the full spectrum of council services, including housing, social care, revenues and benefits, and back-office transformation. 

He joined Newtrality because of its mindset and ethos. Motivated by the opportunity to help clients improve outcomes for the communities they serve, Josh is passionate about using his skills and experience to support organisations in delivering increasingly ambitious transformation. 

Josh started his career in social housing, helping to deliver the Decent Homes programme in Tower Hamlets. As some of this work took place on his walk home, he was able to see first-hand the impact of these improvements. He describes the motivation of seeing your work made real in the world and knowing that, in some small way, it is helping to improve people's lives. 

Outside of work, he is a keen gardener and enjoys creating films and games.
