Who We Are
Newtrality is a specialist consultancy working across Local Government and the wider public sector. Much of our work is built out of ambiguity. Sometimes the parameters are not yet formed. Sometimes the problem definition is still emerging. Often, leaders need additional grip over complex and politically sensitive change programmes. That is where we do our best work. We work from initial problem definition through to design, delivery and upskilling client teams. We do not simply advise. We stay close and ensure change is embedded.
