Hi, I’m Lucy Coulson.
Lucy is a Strategy and Project Analyst, supporting both client and internal projects across the business. Her role combines project management work with data analysis, helping teams turn information into insight and maintain momentum across complex programmes.
Lucy holds a degree in Economics, bringing expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research and analysis. Alongside her academic background, she brings valuable experience and skills developed through coaching football and previous commercial roles.
Lucy was drawn to Newtrality by the opportunity to take on new challenges while making a positive contribution to society. She initially joined the team on a temporary basis, and we were delighted when she became a permanent member of the business.
She is particularly interested in the role local authorities play in creating successful places and communities, exploring how services, organisations and partners come together to deliver positive outcomes for residents.
