Beth is a Director at Newtrality with more than ten years' experience working in and alongside local government, helping organisations design strategies and deliver transformation that improves outcomes for communities. 

She joined Newtrality because of its commitment to delivering meaningful change through collaboration, empathy and a people-first approach. 

What she enjoys most about working here is partnering with clients to tackle complex challenges, bringing people together around a shared purpose and helping turn ideas into practical action. 

Beth is passionate about the role local government plays in creating thriving places and supporting communities to flourish. 

Outside of work, she enjoys volunteering, cold-water swimming and practising yoga.
