For International Women’s Day 2026, members of the Newtrality team reflect on the women who shaped their professional journeys and the lessons they carry forward in supporting others. Their stories highlight the role of mentorship, sponsorship and diverse leadership in strengthening organisations and improving outcomes across the public sector.

The Newtrality team completed the London Bridges Walk in London as part of the Public Sector Challenge, taking part in a corporate charity walk to raise funds for Cancer Research UK and British Heart Foundation.
