Nic has over 20 years’ experience working in and around local government.  As well as working directly for Local Authorities, Nic has held roles with key suppliers to the sector, enabling him to bring valuable commercial insight and private sector experience to the benefit of the public sector organisations he supports. 

Nic has established and delivered a wide range of major change and transformation programmes, successfully navigating complex stakeholder relationships to deliver efficiencies and savings, implement new service delivery models and improve outcomes for citizens.
