Amber Adams

Hi, I’m Amber Adams.

Amber brings practical experience of delivering change and transformation in local government. She has led a range of corporate and social care programmes, delivering service design and organisation-wide change to improve outcomes.

She joined Newtrality seeking a set of principles aligned with her own values, drawn by the focus on delivering human-centred, meaningful change, as well as by the opportunity to join a team where a supportive approach is reflected in a positive, cohesive and collaborative culture.

Amber values being able to act as a genuine enabler to clients, driving and delivering change while tackling complex challenges.

She is passionate about place-based and relational service design and is particularly interested in how the public sector can utilise and reimagine the complex systems it operates within to deliver better outcomes for communities.

Outside of work, she enjoys trips to the theatre, reading her way through an ever-growing bookshelf, and spending time with friends and family.
