Kate works directly with clients to deliver projects that drive positive change. Experienced in working on programmes from inception to completion, she is adept at collaborating with clients to deliverimpactful solutions that meet their needs.
Kate’s background spans frontline homelessness services and transformation work within the Local Government Association. She brings practical local government understanding, including first-handexperience of local government reorganisation. Kate’s strategic insight and understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing the sector nationally help her deliver meaningful work.
She wanted to work with Newtrality because of its people-focused approach and commitment to delivering change with empathy.

Having worked in frontline services, Kate is passionate about improving outcomes for communities and helping public sector organisations work more effectively. She brings energy, commitment and a collaborative approach to her work, building strong relationships and maintaining a clear focus on delivery. Clients value her enthusiasm, effectiveness and drive, as well as her ability to keep momentum behind complex programmes.
Outside of work Kate enjoys playing football, visiting art galleries and volunteering at her local homeless shelter.
