Hi, I’m Olly Swann.
Olly is a Director at Newtrality, splitting his time across delivery, sales and business management. He brings over 25 years' experience working with and within the public sector, driving better value for organisations and better outcomes for the communities they serve. Before moving into consulting, he worked as both a civil servant and a local government officer.
He joined Newtrality because of the variety of work it undertakes, its organisational culture and the strong alignment with his own values. Having seen the business and its reputation grow rapidly over recent years, he wanted to be part of that exciting growth journey.
He takes great pride in helping councils and their partners turn ambition into delivery, supporting the creation of organisations that are financially sustainable, prevention-led, digitally enabled and designed around the needs of their communities.
Outside of work, Olly enjoys movies, live music, playing and watching sport, as well as building Lego.
