About the Different Programme
Different is designed for ambitious, values-driven leaders from global majority backgrounds, providing mid-career professionals with the tools, confidence, and community to step up, stand out, and shape the future of public service.
This unique programme blends personal development, sector insight, and hands-on leadership experience to support participants in progressing into senior roles — and in doing so, changing the face of leadership.
Led by Deborah Cadman OBE DL BSc MSc MA and Meena Kishinani, and supported by Tile Hill and Newtrality, Different creates a space where leadership truly reflects the communities it serves.
